Each Pocket Diaper comes with a 4-layer bamboo/ microfiber insert already included. These inserts are very absorbent, and often provide enough absorbency to be used on their own throughout the diaper period.

Some babies are "mega kissare" though, and need an additional insert for night-time use, or other times when the diaper can not be changed as frequently.

We currently offer additional inserts in 2 different natural fibres for maximum absorption capacity. For best results, additional inserts should be layered UNDER the insert that came with the pocket diaper.
